Introduction

The main structure consists of bidirectional orthogonal space trusses (with a standard node bearing capacity of 12000kN), V-shaped support columns (with a 40% increase in lateral stiffness), and a cable membrane composite roof system, achieving a super large column free space span of 120 meters. All steel components are prefabricated in the factory with an accuracy of ± 1.5mm and have passed ISO3834 welding system certification. High strength bolts (grade 10.9) are used on site in conjunction with total station positioning (error ≤ 2mm). Thick fireproof coating (3-hour fire resistance limit) is used in combination with a spray cooling system for fire prevention. The roof integrates photovoltaic power generation units (annual power generation of 1.5 million degrees) and snow melting heat pipes.
