Description

The steel structure airport terminal building products of Shandong Guoshun Construction Group Co., Ltd. integrate ultra large span spatial structures (120 meter column free design), rapid construction (60% shorter than traditional processes), excellent seismic resistance (meeting 9-degree fortification requirements), and intelligent operation and maintenance (2000+IoT sensor real-time monitoring). It adopts a bidirectional orthogonal truss and cable membrane composite structure to achieve a node bearing capacity of 15000kN. Through modular prefabrication , it can achieve a daily lifting speed of 300 tons, equipped with friction pendulum supports and photovoltaic integrated roofs. It has been successfully applied in multiple benchmark projects, and can reduce carbon emissions by 35% throughout the life cycle and obtain LEED platinum certification. 

Introduction

The steel structure airport terminal building products of Shandong Guoshun Construction Group Co., Ltd. are made of Q355GJC high-strength steel. The main structure consists of bidirectional orthogonal space trusses (with a standard node bearing capacity of 12000kN), V-shaped support columns (with a 40% increase in lateral stiffness), and a cable membrane composite roof system, achieving a super large column free space span of 120 meters. All steel components are prefabricated in the factory with an accuracy of ± 1.5mm and have passed ISO3834 welding system certification. High strength bolts (grade 10.9) are used on site in conjunction with total station positioning (error ≤ 2mm). Thick fireproof coating (3-hour fire resistance limit) is used in combination with a spray cooling system for fire prevention. The roof integrates photovoltaic power generation units (annual power generation of 1.5 million degrees) and snow melting heat pipes. The curtain wall system is pre installed with more than 2000 strain gauges. Sensors achieve health monitoring, with overall steel consumption controlled below 95kg/㎡ and seismic performance meeting 0.4g The seismic motion requirements have been successfully applied to a 4F level airport project and have passed wind tunnel testing (wind pressure resistance of 5.5kN/㎡), obtaining dual certifications of LEED Platinum and GB/T50378 Green Building Three Star.
