Shandong Guoshun Construction Group Co., Ltd. was foundedin 1985 with a registered capital of 33 million USD. The group has 10 subsidiaries, with main businesses in steel structure processing and environmental flue gas desulfurization and denitrification. The group's annual output value is 700 million US dollars, and has more than 2,700 employees.
Guoshun Group owns 1 scientific research institute, 2 class-A design institutes,10 scientific and technological innovation platforms, over 20 design, construction and manufacturing qualifications, and over 500 patents. The group has 4 intelligent control centers and 5 modern processing and manufacturing bases. With digital design, intelligent manufacturing, and operation, it has achieved lean management throughout the entire chain.
Overseas, Guoshun's steel structure projects have been successfully implemented in more than 20 countries and regions, such as Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, Sweden and Tanzania. The well-known projects involved include the Tanzania Bridge, Qatar Mining, Chile Tierra de Champions Stadium, and Australia & New Zealand bus stations. The Guoshun projects overseas meet various standards of EN, ASME and ACRS standards and haveas received unanimous praise from overseas clients for its high-quality delivery standards. In addition, the company has multiple BOT and BOO projects in China and is currently bringing this model to overseas market.
The company has 12 professional steel structure production lines, each equipped with advanced domestic equipment such as laser sheet cutting machines, intelligent profile cutting machines, welding robots, box girder automatic production lines, and automatic spraying lines. It has the ability to process light steel, heavy steel, bridge steel structures, large-scale equipment steel structures, and spatial steel structures.

In May 2010, Guoshun Group successfully applied the BOO model to the Rizhao Steel Sintering Machine Desulfurization Project for the first time, and was listed as a provincial-level demonstration project in Shandong.
In May 2017, Guoshun Group held a production launch ceremony for the Guoshun New and Old Energy Conversion Demonstration Project.
In May 2023, Guoshun Group held a pollution reduction and carbon reduction park event, and the "One Two Three Integration Zero Carbon Industrial Community" project was completed and fully applied.
In 2025, Guoshun Group has achieved comprehensive development, with domestic environmental protection and ultra-low emissions, as well as comprehensive implementation of foreign steel structure projects.
