Akv ≥47J at -20°C (EN 10025 Certified)
Anti-Corrosion Treatment:
Hot-dip galvanizing (Average zinc coating ≥85μm, ISO 1461)
Or: Zinc-rich epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat (Total DFT ≥220μm)

2. Manufacturing Process

Cutting Precision:
CNC plasma cutting (Tolerance: ±1mm)
Welding Technology:
Main welds: Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) with 100% UT inspection
Fillet welds: Robotic welding (ISO 5817 Class B)
End Treatment:
Milled end surfaces (Flatness ≤0.3mm/m)

3. Connection Design

Connection Methods:
High-strength bolting (Grade 10.9, HV≥320)
Welded end plates (Pre-fabricated grooves, site full-penetration welding)
