The China Building Energy Conservation Association recently released a list of green and low-carbon "Good Houses, Good Residential Areas, Good Neighborhoods, and Good Urban Districts" projects for 2024-2025. The "Guoshun Green Building Low-Carbon and Steel Intelligent Technology Demonstration Industrial Park (Phase II) Complex Building Project," developed by Guoshun Green Building Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoshun Green Building Technology"), was selected for its groundbreaking implementation in the "Good House" category.

The 62 case studies released this time cover multiple dimensions, with the "Good House" category focusing on green, low-carbon innovations and upgraded living experiences in individual buildings. The Guoshun Green Building Technology Complex project, accredited for its exceptional performance in energy efficiency, health and comfort, and intelligent convenience, has been shortlisted as a benchmark for the "Good House" initiative within the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Four Good" initiative. Through the integrated application of a range of green and low-carbon technologies, including enclosure systems, structural systems, high-efficiency exterior doors and windows (curtain wall systems), thermal bridge-free design systems, and energy management systems, the project is accelerating the implementation of "Good House" standards and providing the industry with a replicable and scalable "Good House" construction solution.
